To ensure financial management meets requirements and tasks, the Party Committee and the command of Center 95 have led and directed agencies and units to base on the instructions of the superior professional agencies, the current status of facilities, weapons and equipment to prepare budget estimates, including ensuring for unexpected tasks. The process of preparing estimates always ensures closeness and compliance with task requirements, avoiding spreading or omitting content, especially the content on purchasing materials, equipment, spare parts, preservation, repair...

The financial agency also guides the branches and focal points of the unit to make spending plans, determine each specific spending content, divide by month and quarter in accordance with the time of performing the task and serve as a basis for the financial agency to ensure, manage spending, urge settlement, limit spending at the end of the quarter and the end of the year. According to Lieutenant Colonel Vuong Xuan Kien, the unit also promotes price management measures, controls the spending process, uses the budget for purchasing assets and distributes and uses other funding sources. Periodically every month and quarter, the financial assistant must fully summarize the results of financial work, spending and purchasing contents, report to the Center's leadership, and report to the Party Committee on the contents according to regulations and rules.

According to the Head of the Finance Department, Ngo Ngoc Khue, the strict inspection of records and settlement documents, the elimination of invalid records and documents lacking legality has helped ensure the financial assurance work of Center 95 is always strict and effective. The Center's financial sector also always guides agencies and units to spend within the assigned budget. Strictly maintain the work of statistics, management of military numbers, management of prices, materials, assets... at all stages. Coordinate with agencies to jointly appraise military numbers, review and approve regimes and policies in accordance with regulations, especially the number of soldiers participating in training and performing tasks in areas with special regional allowances.
