All documents and papers are provided via QR code, helping delegates conveniently look up and research content on smartphones, improving initiative, science and saving printing costs. This is a step to innovate the operation method of the Association, in line with the current digital transformation trend in the Army.

In the 2021-2025 term, the Women's Union of the Division achieved many outstanding results: 2 collectives and 11 individuals were commended; 2 comrades were awarded certificates of merit; in 2023, they won the second prize in the "Excellent Women's Union Cadre" Contest at the Division level; in 2025, they were awarded a certificate of merit by the Army Corps in the program "Accompanying women in the border areas". The Union actively carried out the movements "5 no, 3 clean", "5 yes, 3 clean", associated with building a cultural life; 100% of members' families achieved the title of "Cultural Family".

In the 2025-2030 term, the Association determined to continue effectively implementing resolutions and directives at all levels, especially on women's work and gender equality; striving for 100% of members to participate in the movement "Women in the Army with courage and intelligence, promoting digital transformation, completing tasks well, building happy families, worthy of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new era"; 98.5% of members are advanced, 20% are excellent; 2/2 association groups and the Women's Association of the Division Agency completed their tasks well and excellently.

The Congress identified two breakthroughs: Promoting digital transformation in women's work and women's movements, accompanying women to improve digital capacity; innovating the association's operating methods, building strong women's groups to meet the requirements of the new era.

The Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term was introduced to the congress.

At the congress, the Presidium announced the Decision to appoint the Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term, including 5 comrades and 1 delegate to attend the Women's Conference at the Air Defense - Air Force level.
