Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Cua Nam Ward Trinh Ngoc Tram said that according to the plan, all 9,875 citizens residing in the ward will receive gifts worth 100,000 VND/person, with a total cost of nearly 987.5 million VND. Payments will be made through social security accounts integrated on the VNeID application or directly in cash through neighborhood leaders and local police.

The People's Committee of Cua Nam Ward requested to complete payment by September 1, 2025. In special cases, it can be extended to September 15, but there must be no delays or errors.
“Gift giving activities are a vivid expression of the attention of the Party, State and local authorities, contributing to strengthening people's trust in policies and guidelines; at the same time, arousing the spirit of solidarity and joining hands to build civilized and prosperous wards. The residential groups, police forces, and grassroots cadres assigned tasks must follow the correct procedures, openly and transparently, ensuring that gifts reach the hands of the people,” emphasized Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Cua Nam Ward Trinh Ngoc Tram.
In Phu Thuong ward, there are 14,200 citizens living in the ward that have been updated in the national population database by August 30, 2025. With a rate of 100,000 VND/person, the total payment cost of the ward is expected to be more than 1.42 billion VND.
The ward emphasized the requirement of "right target, timely, safe, economical, effective", considering this an important political task during the country's major holidays.

In Tay Ho ward, the payment is carried out synchronously through two forms: Social security transfer integrated with VNeID and cash through residential groups. All 12,650 citizens of the ward are eligible to receive gifts, with a total payment of 1.265 billion VND. The ward People's Committee requires the payment to be completed on September 1, no later than September 15, 2025.

To ensure progress, Tay Ho Ward Police were assigned the responsibility of making a list, classifying people according to the form of gift recipients and sending it to the People's Committee before 9:00 a.m. on August 31. The Department of Culture and Society propagated the significance of the activity, guided people to link their bank accounts with VNeID, received the list and advised the People's Committee to issue a payment decision. The residential groups were responsible for paying directly in cash, with confirmation from the ward police, and at the same time, arranged forces to go to the homes of the elderly and disabled.
