Leaders of BIDV – Hung Vuong Branch and BIDV MetLife Insurance Company Limited returned benefits to relatives of customer Do Tien Hao.

Mr. Hao is a customer transacting at BIDV - Hung Vuong Branch and participating in life insurance. On December 1, 2024, his family informed and sent a request for settlement to BIDV - Hung Vuong Branch and BIDV MetLife Life Insurance Company Limited about his urgent hospitalization and surgery to treat a tumor compressing the spinal cord...

According to the medical records provided by the customer, the Company's Insurance Claims Department promptly verified the information and conducted an assessment. After completing the assessment, based on Article 5.2 - Death or Permanent Disability Insurance Benefits of the Happy Gift Product Terms and Conditions in Contract 80092502, BIDV Metlife Life Insurance agreed to pay the Permanent Total Disability benefit of VND 270 million; the customer's account value is VND 30,081,544. In addition, Mr. Hao participated for his child to have the benefit of exemption from paying premiums with the insured name being Do Bao Han with the amount of VND 43 million. Thus, the total benefits for the insured person is VND 343 million.

At the payment ceremony, leaders of BIDV - Hung Vuong Branch and BIDV MetLife Insurance Company Limited organized the return of benefits to Mr. Hao's relatives.
