In the article about 10 travel experiences in Southern Vietnam that completely change the concept of beauty, Forbes Italia especially praised Phu Quoc when praising the natural beauty of the pearl island.

As described by Forbes, Vietnam’s “gem” is a destination that perfectly combines pristine nature, hospitality and a slow pace of life. “You can only immerse yourself in the sound of the waves,” Forbes wrote.

Phu Quoc's beauty is evident with its crystal clear turquoise waters, ideal for scuba diving. The soft, gently sloping white sand beaches are fringed by towering palm trees.

From Forbes' perspective, the South Island area with the islands of the An Thoi archipelago is a place "that could not be more suitable for sea lovers".

Visitors can kayak or watch the sunset on a catamaran with a luxurious dinner, or relax at the unique resorts in Bai Dai, but if you want something quieter, you should go to Bai Kem. Infinity pools facing the sea, spas located in the middle of coconut forests…

At Bai Kem, visitors can experience the world's top resorts with different colors and stories, helping each time they return to Phu Quoc there is something new to discover .

That is JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay designed by Bill Bensley with the theme of a 20th century French university, with each building being a learning area. Premier Residences Phu Quoc owns one of the largest swimming pools on the pearl island with a youthful design.

New World Phu Quoc is designed based on the image of a Vietnamese fishing village, with each villa having its own swimming pool, making it the perfect choice for families…

A little further from Bai Kem is Premier Village Phu Quoc in Mui Ong Doi, which has been praised by Forbes. The magazine calls it “a private hideaway where visitors find true peace.”

With 217 villas set along the hillside and facing the sea, each has its own infinity pool and private terrace, designed with minimalist wood and stone but still exuding modern sophistication.

Here, visitors can start their day with sunrise yoga by the beach, or experience singing bell therapy using the Fullmoon bell set from Tibet, exquisitely crafted from 7 pure metals on a full moon night by master artisans.

The resort space is even more complete with Corallo restaurant serving fresh seafood and Phu Quoc pepper spices in Mediterranean culinary style, and Plumeria Spa offering traditional Vietnamese therapies.

In addition to introducing experiences associated with the beauty of Phu Quoc, Forbes also particularly emphasized the transformation journey of the island. From its starting point as a “sleeping” island with coastal fishing villages, pepper gardens and temples hidden in the forest, it has now shaped its position as a symbol of luxury tourism in the region.

In just the past 3 years, the island has witnessed a spectacular transformation, especially in the South of Phu Quoc Island with the Sun Paradise Land ecosystem.

Visitors can also take the world's longest 3-wire cable car to Hon Thom Island, watch the multimedia show "Kiss of the Sea" which holds the Guinness record for "Outdoor theater with the world's largest water screen and capacity", walk on the Kissing Bridge praised by CNN, or watch fireworks 365 days a year...

Phu Quoc has transformed from a quiet resort into a dynamic island paradise - a destination for Asia's elite. This is further demonstrated when the once pristine island has become the chosen location to host the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) forum in 2027.

This is not only a top political and economic event, but also an opportunity for Phu Quoc to fully introduce its identity, potential and high-class tourism and resort infrastructure to international friends.

“Phu Quoc is setting a new standard for the concept of tropical resorts without losing its original identity,” Forbes Italia commented on the luxurious yet sophisticated and authentic character of the pearl island.
