100 people participated in a fire fighting drill at Ninh Hoa Vocational College

On the morning of October 7, Ninh Hoa Vocational College coordinated with the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Department (PCCC) and Rescue Police Department (CNCH) of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police and Ninh Hoa Ward Police to organize a fire fighting and rescue drill on the school campus. 100 people from various units participated in the drill.

Discovering the fire, the students immediately evacuated the scene.

Firefighters quickly arrived at the scene, guided students to safety, and rescued property.

Professional firefighters coordinated with on-site forces to deploy fire fighting teams.

Fire trucks were dispatched to the scene.

The drill started with a hypothetical situation where, due to an electrical equipment failure, a fire broke out in the Faculty of Tourism and Fashion's workshop, which contained many flammable materials such as fabrics and clothes. There were 3 people trapped in the fire. As soon as the fire was detected, the school's on-site fire fighting force quickly raised the alarm, cut off the power, evacuated property, rescued people and used initial fire fighting equipment. At the same time, the Fire Fighting and Rescue Team of Area 5 was informed. The professional force quickly mobilized 2 fire trucks and 14 officers and soldiers to the scene to urgently search for and bring all victims to safety; at the same time, sprayed water and fire fighting foam to completely extinguish the fire. During that process, Ninh Hoa Ward Police supported security, traffic flow, and created favorable conditions for fire fighting.

The drill was successful, ensuring absolute safety. Thereby, helping to evaluate response capacity, detect shortcomings and propose timely solutions; improve fire prevention awareness and skills for more than 80 officers, teachers and students of the school.
