Ha Tinh Social Insurance surveyed people's satisfaction level from September 15

(Baohatinh.vn) - The survey took place on a province-wide scale to improve service quality and better meet the needs of Ha Tinh people and businesses.

Ha Tinh Social Insurance has just announced the implementation of a survey to assess the satisfaction of organizations and individuals with the services of the Social Insurance sector. This is an activity carried out in accordance with the Social Insurance Law No. 41/2024/QH15, aiming to measure and announce the satisfaction level of people and businesses when participating in and enjoying social insurance, health insurance (HI), and unemployment insurance (UI) policies.

Social insurance officers went to people's homes to conduct surveys according to questionnaires in the survey of 745 individuals, organizations and businesses in Ha Tinh city and Thach Ha district (old), 2024.

The survey will take place from September 15 to November 15, 2025. During this time, representatives of participating organizations, businesses and individuals who benefit from the policy will meet directly with officers and employees of the Social Insurance sector to answer the pre-printed survey form.

Ha Tinh Provincial Social Insurance commits that all information in the survey will be kept confidential according to the law and will be an important basis for continuously improving service quality, better meeting the needs and expectations of people and organizations.

Ha Tinh Provincial Social Insurance calls for full and objective cooperation and participation from organizations and individuals, contributing to improving the effectiveness of implementing social security policies in the area.
