Social insurance supports victims of mini apartment fire in Khuong Ha

Regarding the fire at a mini apartment building in lane 29/70, Khuong Ha street (Thanh Xuan, Hanoi ) that killed 56 people , Vietnam Social Security sent an urgent dispatch to Hanoi Social Security.

In this dispatch, General Director of Vietnam Social Security Nguyen The Manh sent his condolences and shared the losses with the victims' families. Vietnam Social Security decided to support the victims' families with 3 million VND for each deceased person and 2 million VND for each injured person. The funds were taken from the industry's centralized welfare fund.

The leaders of Vietnam Social Security directed Hanoi Social Security to urgently focus on implementing the following contents:

Coordinate with medical facilities to create all conditions, ensure adequate and timely supply of medicines, medical supplies, technical services, etc. to best support, care for, and treat patients injured in the fire.

Resolve as quickly and as soon as possible the funeral expenses and death benefits for social insurance participants who are victims of fires according to regulations.
