Da Nang Secretary: 'Hope School is a model to learn from when building a boarding school'

On August 8, Hy Vong School (Da Nang) inaugurated a new facility inFPT Da Nang technology urban area. This is a place to care for and educate hundreds of children orphaned by the COVID-19 epidemic.

The new facility of Hy Vong School has a total area of ​​over ^6,500m2 , including classrooms and a closed dormitory with full amenities.

Next to it, there are also functional rooms for the library, robotics, music , baking... to help children learn and practice, experience diversity and develop their own abilities.

At the inauguration ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Quang - Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee - emphasized that the founding of the Hope School is a noble gesture of mutual love and support.

He believes that with the comprehensive management and training experience of FPT Corporation, Hope School will bring students a safe and comfortable learning and living environment so that they can be confident, mature and happy.

Hope School was established in 2021 by FPT Corporation and Hope Foundation, located in FPT City Da Nang urban area, to share love, nurture and train students who lost their parents due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

To date, the school has more than 300 students from 29 provinces and cities across the country. Under this roof, the students live in love, study in a quality environment, with the belief that they will become kind, compassionate people, ready to join hands to build their homeland and country.
