Lang Son Provincial Party Secretary received and worked with Pacific Construction Group, China

On the afternoon of August 26, 2025, Mr. Hoang Van Nghiem, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation received and worked with the working delegation of the Pacific Construction Group, China led by Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa, Founder of the Pacific Construction Group, Atlantic Construction Group, Chairman of Trang Nghiem Research Institute.

On the side of Lang Son province, there is Mr. Doan Thanh Son, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Leaders of the Provincial Party Committee Office, Provincial People's Committee Office, and Leaders of a number of departments, branches and sectors attended.

At the meeting, Provincial Party Secretary, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Hoang Van Nghiem expressed his pleasure to welcome Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa, Founder of Pacific Construction Group and the Group's delegation to visit and work in Lang Son province for the second time and thanked Pacific Construction Group - a large, prestigious and very successful group in the field of investment and construction in the world, for paying attention to Lang Son province.

The Provincial Party Secretary emphasized that Lang Son province is currently focusing on digital transformation and strongly improving the investment and business environment; paying attention to investing in infrastructure development, especially in transportation, industrial zones and clusters; developing border gate economy with 4 breakthroughs in the province's development; and at the same time introducing a number of important projects for the Group to research and invest in, such as the Lang Son - Thai Nguyen expressway; the Lang Son - Hanoi standard gauge railway; the Tien Yen (Quang Ninh) - Dong Dang (Lang Son) expressway; the complex of duty-free zones, dry ports, urban areas and international cargo storage centers in Lang Son.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa, Founder of Pacific Construction Group, introduced some of the strengths of Pacific Construction Group such as bridge and road construction, offshore wind power, smart city construction... and some projects that the Group is investing in provinces and cities of Vietnam .

Appreciating the gateway position connecting China with ASEAN countries, with the advantages and potential of Lang Son province, Pacific Construction Group expressed its desire to invest and cooperate with Lang Son enterprises and plans to set up a regional representative office in the province.

During the working session, the delegates exchanged and clarified more information about the projects that the Pacific Construction Group is interested in and the projects that Lang Son province is focusing on attracting investment. The two sides agreed that in the coming time, they will continue to coordinate so that the Pacific Construction Group can promote survey and investment activities in the province.

At the end of the working session, the Provincial Party Secretary assigned the Department of Finance and other sectors to coordinate, exchange information, conduct surveys to promote cooperation with the Group and report the results to the provincial leaders./.
