BIC pays nearly 1.1 billion VND in insurance benefits to customers in Gia Lai

BIC leadership representative gives insurance benefits to relatives of customers in danger.

The insured customer is Mr. PVT (born in 1964). In April 2024, after being fully advised by the insurance officer about the benefits of BIC Binh An Accident and Health Insurance, Mr. PVT voluntarily agreed to participate in insurance at the Ia Grai Transaction Office of BIDV Bank - Nam Gia Lai Branch.

More than two months later, on June 11, 2024, Mr. PVT was unfortunately electrocuted and died while working in the coffee garden. Immediately upon receiving the news from the customer's family, BIDV Bac Tay Nguyen Insurance Company (BIC's unit in the area) and BIDV Bank - Nam Gia Lai Branch sent their condolences, encouragement and instructions to the customer's family to complete the procedures to receive insurance payment according to regulations. The total amount paid to Mr. PVT's family is nearly 1.1 billion VND, including: Insurance amount at the time of the insurance event and support and funeral allowances.

Speaking at the insurance benefit payment ceremony, the representative of BIDV Insurance Corporation expressed his deep condolences to Mr. T's family and sincerely thanked BIDV Bank - Nam Gia Lai Branch for always paying attention to non-life insurance products to ensure loan safety.
