BIDV spreads corporate culture for sustainable development

BIDV Tuyen Quang Cultural Ambassador Contest helps officers and employees understand and absorb BIDV culture.

BIDV Tuyen Quang Director Nguyen Duc Hanh said: In the business development strategy to 2025, with a vision to 2030, BIDV's Board of Directors has identified: "Human resources and corporate culture" as one of the three main development pillars, and at the same time completed the standardization of corporate culture, issued the "BIDV Culture Handbook" with 5 core values: Intelligence - Trust - Integrity - Professionalism - Aspiration, expressed through the phrase "iBIDV", along with 5 ethical standards, 9 codes of conduct and 18 notes in communication and task performance.

In order for BIDV culture to continue to be spread and widely practiced in the behavior and daily activities of each officer throughout the system, BIDV organized the "BIDV Cultural Ambassador 2024" contest with online knowledge rounds for the whole system, grassroots round, system-level round and system-level final round.
