Appoint Mr. Nguyen Duc Vinh to hold the position of Chief of Office of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee

On the morning of September 20, the Provincial People's Committee held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Provincial People's Committee Chairman on personnel work.

Attending were Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Ngoc Nghi; and representatives of relevant departments and branches of the province.

At the ceremony, Director of the Department of Home Affairs Bach Van Manh announced Decision No. 1768/QD-UBND, dated September 18, 2023 of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on the appointment of civil servants to leadership and management positions for Mr. Nguyen Duc Vinh, Deputy Chief of Office, in charge of the Provincial People's Committee Office to hold the position of Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee. The term of appointment is 5 years, starting from September 20, 2023.

Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Ngoc Nghi congratulated Mr. Nguyen Duc Vinh on being trusted and assigned new tasks. At the same time, he requested Mr. Nguyen Duc Vinh in his new position to continue to cultivate himself in all aspects, maintain the qualities, ethics, and lifestyle of a Party member; constantly research and study to improve professional qualifications and innovate, be creative, and proactive in management, direction, and operation; create solidarity and unity within the organization, promote collective responsibility so that the Provincial People's Committee Office can excellently complete its assigned tasks.

In his acceptance speech, Mr. Nguyen Duc Vinh respectfully thanked the provincial leaders for entrusting him with the new task and responsibility; affirming that this is both an honor and a great responsibility for him.

In his new position, Mr. Nguyen Duc Vinh promised to make every effort, have high political determination, properly implement the principles of centralization, democracy and uphold the pioneering role, solidarity and unity with the collective, and lead the Provincial People's Committee Office to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
