Attending the conference were representatives of local Department leaders; Central Party Committees in charge of the area; leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa province.
Accordingly, considering the proposal of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, the Standing Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee decided to transfer and appoint Mr. Tran Minh Thai, Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Bao An Ward to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and serve as Secretary of the Party Committee of Vinh Hai Commune; transfer and appoint Mr. Ho Xuan Ninh, Director of the Department of Industry and Trade to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Ninh Son Commune concurrently as Secretary of the Commune Party Committee; transfer and appoint Mr. Tran Van Thong, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Bao An Ward concurrently as Secretary of the Ward Party Committee.
Also at the conference, the Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee decided to transfer and appoint Mr. Ly Nguyen Nguyen Vu, Director of the Department of Justice, as Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office; Mr. Nguyen Van Nhut, Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Ninh Son Commune, as Director of the Department of Industry and Trade; Mr. Tran Van Hieu, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, as Director of the Department of Justice; Mr. Le Pham Quoc Vinh, Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office, as Deputy Director of the Department of Construction.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nghiem Xuan Thanh, Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, stated that the cadre work is always carried out by the province in accordance with the Party's regulations, ensuring capacity, suitability for the job, sufficient qualities, ethics, prestige and conformity with the personnel structure project; suitable, meeting the requirements and tasks, for the common development of the province in the new period. This is a common goal, not allowing it to happen locally and creating high consensus in the entire political system.
The Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Secretary requested that the mobilized cadres set an example and undertake their duties with the highest spirit; promptly review and assign tasks to cadres according to the spirit of 6 clear (clear people, clear work, clear time, clear responsibility, clear products, clear authority) set forth by the Central Government.
In addition, the mobilized cadres soon built a high level of solidarity and unity within the Party and the unit, creating a high level of consensus for common development; at the same time, inheriting and promoting previous results and lessons learned to serve as a basis for effectively implementing assigned tasks; thereby creating a combined strength to successfully carry out assigned tasks in the new period.
Speaking on receiving the assignment, Mr. Ly Nguyen Nguyen Vu expressed his excitement in receiving the new assignment as Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office and his deep gratitude for the attention and favorable conditions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial People's Committee. This is a noble responsibility, requiring great efforts. Therefore, he will continue to study and inherit the achievements; at the same time, promote the high sense of responsibility, solidarity and unity of the Office of the Provincial People's Committee to effectively carry out the tasks assigned by the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee, meeting the requirements of the new task.
Mr. Ly Nguyen Nguyen Vu also hopes to continue receiving the attention and support of the provincial leaders to have the opportunity to promote his capacity and strengths; thereby contributing his small efforts to the success and overall development of the province in the coming time.
