Training and updating knowledge for leaders and managers of Thai Binh province in 2024

On November 29, the Provincial Party Standing Committee organized a training course to update knowledge for cadres under the management of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and provincial-level leaders and managers in 2024.

Speaking at the opening of the training course, comrade Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council emphasized: Studying resolutions, researching and updating knowledge is the responsibility of each cadre and party member, and is also a requirement for cadre work. Determining that training and fostering cadres is a very important step in Party building work, in recent years, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee has attached special importance to this content, annually organizing training courses, updating new knowledge for cadres, leaders and managers in the whole province to help cadres improve their awareness, ideological stance, broaden their vision, renew their thinking and equip them with more skills and methods of leadership and management, thereby organizing and implementing well the tasks of the industry, locality, agency and unit. The contents conveyed at the training course include: Strategic thinking in planning and organizing the implementation of socio -economic development of current provincial leaders and managers; Party building, rectification, organizational arrangement and improvement of the quality of cadres associated with control between state agencies are currently very important topics. In particular, the Central Committee has directed ministries, branches and localities to summarize the implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW "Some issues on continuing to innovate and arrange the organizational arrangement of the political system to be streamlined, effective and efficient", urgently implementing the rearrangement of the organizational apparatus and this is a very important task, a revolution.

To make the training course most effective, he suggested that the trainees arrange and allocate their time scientifically to fully participate in the contents and programs. Promote the spirit of responsibility, seriously study, research, and fully grasp the contents conveyed. Increase exchanges and discussions, especially on new issues, difficulties, and obstacles in localities, agencies, and units to jointly resolve and solve. After studying, they are responsible for conveying the content of the topic to the staff and party members of their units; thereby performing well the political tasks; at the same time, promptly deploy the arrangement of the organizational apparatus according to the direction of the Central Committee, successfully organize the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.
