On the evening of September 29, the final night of Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 took place in Ho Chi Minh City, witnessing the competition of 18 girls.

After the swimsuit, evening gown, and question and answer rounds, beauty Bui Quynh Hoa won the crown, becoming Vietnam's representative at the Miss Universe arena - one of the six major beauty contests in the world .

The Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 Organizing Committee has had nearly 2 months for contestants to practice, hone their skills and demonstrate their potential.

Finally, Bui Quynh Hoa ( Hanoi ) overcame many strong opponents to be crowned Miss Universe Vietnam 2023.

The new beauty queen was born in 1998, is 1.72 m tall with measurements of 86-60-93 cm, and comes from Hanoi. Bui Quynh Hoa is considered a candidate with impressive beauty pageant experience with achievements: Top 45 Miss Universe Vietnam 2017, Champion of Vietnam Supermodel 2018 (sub-award Supermodel with the most beautiful face), Top 10 Miss Universe Vietnam 2022, Champion of International Supermodel 2022.

Meanwhile, the first runner-up is Nguyen Thi Huong Ly from Gia Lai , the second runner-up is Trinh Thi Hong Dang from Ho Chi Minh City.

The final top 5 included contestants Lydie Vu, Emma Le, Pham Thi Anh Thu, Bui Quynh Hoa, Nguyen Thi Huong Ly. The contestant who won the last ticket to the top 6 thanks to winning the Most Popular Beauty award was Trinh Thi Hong Dang.

Thus, contestants who attracted media attention such as Le Nam, Anh Thu... stopped in the top 10.

In the question and answer round, Lydie Vu frankly chose to answer in English instead of bilingual. Contestants Emma Le, Huong Ly, Hong Dang answered bilingually while Anh Thu and Quynh Hoa answered in Vietnamese.

In the final night, Le Nam won the Miss Media award, Mai Phuong Thao received the Miss Inspiration award, Lydie Vu won the Miss Sea award, Trinh Thi Hong Dang received the Miss Ao Dai award and the Miss Fashion award went to Le Thi Lan Anh.

The Top 10 were named in turn: H'Duyen Bkrong, Nguyen Thi Le Nam, Lydie Vu, Huynh Kim Anh, Mai Phuong Thao, Pham Thi Anh Thu, Bui Quynh Hoa, Trinh Thi Hong Dang, Nguyen Thi Huong Ly, Emma Le.

The winner will represent Vietnam at Miss Universe 2023 in El Salvador in November 2023. In addition, Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 will give the opportunity to 4 beauties who make it to the Top 5 to compete in 4 different international beauty pageants.
