Thuy Tien's team wrote: "The truth is that Thuy Tien had to undergo surgery under anesthesia, the incision was still very painful so she could not sing right away. Therefore, Thuy Tien's manager asked the Organizing Committee for permission to cancel her performance at the show because her health was not stable."

Thuy Tien's side also posted the singer's hospital bill to verify the information about her hospitalization. According to the bill, Cong Vinh's wife was hospitalized on the morning of November 10 at a hospital in Ho Chi Minh City.

In addition, Thuy Tien's crew also posted a text message from Thuy Tien's manager asking to withdraw from the music show. Due to her unstable health condition, the manager said in a message that the female singer had to undergo emergency surgery, so her legs and stomach were still in pain and she could not sing.
