The working group visited heavily affected areas with the support of the Youth Volunteer Team, including: 1/6 Kindergarten; Stadium area; Kim Dong walking street and riverside area... At the destinations, the group gave drinking water and necessities to support the volunteer force; acknowledged the sense of responsibility, enthusiasm and initiative of the union members and youth when actively coordinating with the people to collect garbage, clear fallen trees, clear sewers, clean the environment, contributing to restoring the landscape and stabilizing the lives of the people.

From September 29, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee directed the grassroots youth unions to establish volunteer youth teams to coordinate with the forces to simultaneously launch campaigns in the wards of Thuc Phan, Nung Tri Cao, and Tan Giang to collect garbage, clear sewers, clean up fallen trees, clean schools, medical stations, and main streets, contributing to overcoming damage and stabilizing people's lives.

Total damage is estimated at more than 400 million VND. Automobile Transport Cooperative No. 1 was flooded at its headquarters, many equipment and machines serving production and business were damaged. Estimated damage is hundreds of millions of VND. Tam Hoa Cooperative and Phan Hoang Production - Trading Company Limited have business stores on the Walking Street that were deeply flooded, many goods were damaged, Tam Hoa Cooperative alone estimated damage of hundreds of millions of VND.

At the units, the working delegation visited, encouraged, shared difficulties and presented support gifts, at the same time advised and guided on procedures and policies to support overcoming damage caused by natural disasters, recorded recommendations and proposals of cooperatives and enterprises to synthesize and report to competent authorities for consideration, contributing to helping units quickly overcome the consequences of natural disasters and stabilize production and business.
