Vehicles are not circulating around the Great Unity Square on the evening of September 2.

(GLO)- On the afternoon of August 30, the Traffic Police Department (Gia Lai Provincial Police) announced the temporary traffic diversion and guidance of routes to ensure traffic order and safety on the evening of September 2 around Dai Doan Ket Square.

Accordingly, this work is to serve the special art program to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

The event will officially start at 8pm on September 2nd at the Great Unity Square. In addition to the unique and spectacular art performances, the program will include a 15-minute high-altitude and low-altitude fireworks display. Therefore, it is expected that a large number of people will gather at the Square to watch the event.

To ensure traffic order and safety on the roads surrounding the event area, the Traffic Police Department will direct traffic at some points and routes, starting from 6:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on September 2.

Specifically, the police force temporarily banned vehicles (except for delegate vehicles and vehicles of the Organizing Committee) from circulating on some central routes around the Great Unity Square.

Including: Hoa Lu-Tran Hung Dao intersection, D2 route-Le Loi street, Le Loi-Anh Hung Nup route, Nguyen Du-Tran Hung Dao route, alley 02B Ly Tu Trong.

The Traffic Police Department informs people to know, arrange time and reasonable travel routes and participate in the program to ensure safety and smoothness.
