The art program with the theme “ Ca Mau - Love of land, Love of people” brings many special music and dance performances: medley Southern Sun and Wind - Fly to the Land of Nine Dragons, Da Co Hoai Lang, Dong Trang, Bai Ca Tom Ca, Huong Tram Ngan Vong Hoai Lang, Keep Forever the Green of the Cape, medley Saigon is so beautiful - Ca Mau Rendezvous...

Through the performances, the program recreates the rich natural beauty, praising the kind and generous people of Ca Mau. This is also a land rich in products such as rice, salt, fish, shrimp, crab... nurturing many generations, creating unique cultural values, in which cuisine has become a brand. The entire program is like a respectful invitation to visitors: come to Ca Mau - a meeting place of cultural quintessence , nature and peace.

At the review session, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee and departments and branches contributed many ideas to perfect the program: singers need to choose costumes suitable for each performance; arrange miniature scenes to highlight the typical images of Ca Mau; dancers need to practice carefully to make their movements more fluent; at the same time, the illustrations on the LED screen must match the lyrics.

The festival “Quintessence of Ca Mau Culinary Culture” was organized by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in collaboration with the Department of Tourism and the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Association, as part of a series of activities in response to World Tourism Day on September 27.

The event contributes to creating an exciting atmosphere to welcome the Congress of the Party Committee of Ca Mau province and Ho Chi Minh City, while promoting the image of a Ca Mau that is not only rich in cultural identity, beautiful nature but also rich in culinary flavors. The official opening ceremony will take place at 7:00 p.m. on September 27, broadcast live on the digital platforms of Ca Mau Newspaper, Radio and Television.
