Hoi Phu Ward improves the effectiveness of propaganda and mass mobilization work

(GLO)- Immediately after its establishment, Hoi Phu ward quickly stabilized its organizational structure and consolidated its professional agencies, in which propaganda and mass mobilization work were identified as key tasks to create social consensus and promote the strength of the entire political system.

Stabilize ideology, create social consensus

Hoi Phu Ward was established on the basis of the arrangement of three wards Hoi Phu, Chi Lang and Tra Ba according to Resolution No. 1664/NQ-UBTVQH15 of the National Assembly Standing Committee. The ward Party Committee has 46 subordinate Party grassroots organizations with more than 1,270 party members.

Hoi Phu Ward is a locality with many advantages such as: large land fund, favorable geographical location, relatively complete traffic connection system, many large projects are being implemented, population is developing, in the locality there are many economic establishments, cultural identity of ethnic minority villages is preserved and promoted...

However, the ward also faces many difficulties in management and socio-economic development; besides, the implementation of the 2-level local government model still faces difficulties, especially the integration of the apparatus organization and operation of the political system according to the new model.

Realizing that, the Party Building Committee has proactively advised the Ward Party Committee to direct the promotion of propaganda and political and ideological education for cadres, party members and people of all walks of life; focusing on timely information on the Party's policies and resolutions, the State's policies and laws. In addition, agencies, departments, branches, the Front and socio-political organizations have promoted propaganda in various forms such as billboards, banners, social networks, loudspeaker systems... contributing to spreading patriotism, strengthening people's trust in the Party's leadership and the State's management.

In the third quarter of 2025, Hoi Phu ward will carry out propaganda work extensively, especially for major national events. Promote propaganda for the 1st Ward Party Congress (term 2025-2030), towards the 1st Gia Lai Provincial Party Congress (term 2025-2030), with the motto "Use beauty to eliminate ugliness", "Use positivity to repel negativity"; create an exciting atmosphere, trust in the leadership of Party committees at all levels in the new term.

In addition, coordinate to advise on organizing conferences to study, disseminate and implement Party documents for 147 cadres and party members; national online conferences to commune level to disseminate and implement Party documents for 169 cadres and party members; organize 2 summer training courses for nearly 600 teachers and staff, contributing to raising political awareness, building a team of exemplary cadres and party members with steadfast character. Direct to continue organizing thematic activities in 2025, arousing the spirit of innovation and creativity in work; promoting the pioneering and exemplary role; creating a positive working environment, encouraging innovative ideas, daring to think, daring to do for the common development of the locality.

Innovation in content and methods of propaganda and mobilization

One of the highlights of the third quarter is that the Hoi Phu Ward Party Committee established a Working Committee to protect the Party's ideological foundation and fight against erroneous and hostile viewpoints. The Committee has 15 members, tasked with grasping and orienting public opinion, promptly fighting against erroneous and hostile viewpoints and toxic information on cyberspace.

The Ward Working Committee has built a network of social opinion collaborators with 14 members to proactively propagate and spread positive information, creating a "shield" to protect the Party's ideological foundation right from the grassroots.

Along with propaganda work, the field of mass mobilization is deployed synchronously, focusing on the motto "People know, people discuss, people do, people inspect, people benefit". The Party Building Committee advises the Party Committee to issue a plan to implement the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" movement, guide the construction of models, and select typical examples for timely commendation and reward.

Agencies, departments, branches, the Front and socio-political organizations of the ward actively participate in propaganda and mobilize people to participate in environmental sanitation, urban beautification, crime prevention and eradication of social evils. Thanks to that, political security and social order and safety are ensured, and the patriotic emulation movement spreads widely.

In the coming period, Hoi Phu Ward Party Committee will continue to promote political and ideological education for cadres, party members and the masses; propagate the implementation of the Resolution of the 1st Ward Party Congress and the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress and the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of Delegates.

Continue to innovate propaganda methods, mobilize people of all walks of life to implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies, especially effectively utilize social networking platforms. Advise on the development and implementation of the action plan of the Working Group on Protecting the Party's Ideological Foundation, fight against erroneous and hostile views to protect the Party's ideological foundation.

In addition, advise on the implementation and synchronous deployment of the plan to implement Directive No. 42-CT/TW, dated January 16, 2025 of the Politburo on strengthening the Party's leadership in education work on diligence, thrift, integrity, uprightness, impartiality; Directive No. 02-CT/TU, dated July 25, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on propaganda and mass mobilization work to participate in planning, building and implementing socio-economic development investment projects; Directive No. 03-CT/TU, dated August 7, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on strengthening twinning activities between localities, units and ethnic minority villages and hamlets.

In addition, the ward promotes the implementation of mass mobilization work in conjunction with the tasks of socio-economic development, building civilized urban areas, sustainable poverty reduction, and improving the quality of people's lives. In particular, it guides the process, criteria for reviewing, recognizing and praising models and typical examples of "Skilled Mass Mobilization". Focus on training and improving the capacity of cadres doing propaganda and mass mobilization work, ensuring that they meet the requirements of the tasks in the new period, being the "eyes, ears and voice" of the Party at the grassroots level; being the force to convey the Party's guidelines and policies and being the bridge to reflect the people's thoughts and aspirations to the Party Committee.

With a proactive and creative spirit, propaganda and mass mobilization work in Hoi Phu ward is gradually going into depth, associated with the task of local socio-economic development. The close coordination between the Party Building Committee and agencies, departments, branches, the Front and socio-political organizations contributes to consolidating the great national unity bloc, determined to successfully implement the Resolution of the 1st Ward Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
