Cam Pha: Announcement of the decision to establish the Party Committee of the Party Agencies, Mass Organizations, People's Council, Judiciary of the city and the Party Committee of the City Government

On December 30, Cam Pha City Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision to establish the Party Committee of the Party Agencies, Mass Organizations, People's Council, City Judiciary and City Government Party Committee.

At the conference, comrade Nguyen Anh Tu, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Council, presented the Decision of the City Party Executive Committee on the establishment of the Party Committee of the Party Agencies, Mass Organizations, People's Council, and City Justice under the Cam Pha City Party Committee, on the basis of merging party organizations, including: Party Committee of the City Party Committee, Party Cell of the Transport Bloc, Party Cell of the People's Procuracy, Party Cell Court City People's Court with a total of 106 party members.

At the same time, the Decision of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on appointing the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Party, Mass Organizations, People's Council, and Justice of the city, consisting of 15 comrades, was presented; comrade Nguyen Thi Kim Phuong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, held the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Party, Mass Organizations, People's Council, and Justice of the city.

Comrade Nguyen Anh Tu, Provincial Party Committee member, City Party Committee Secretary, City People's Council Chairman, presented the Decision on the establishment of the Party Committee of Party Agencies, Mass Organizations, People's Council, and City Justice under the Cam Pha City Party Committee.

Next, the Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of the City People's Council presented the Decision of the City Party Committee's Executive Committee on the establishment of the City Government Party Committee under the Cam Pha City Party Committee, on the basis of rearranging and restructuring the City Government Party Committee. At the same time, he presented the Decision of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on the appointment of the City Government Party Committee consisting of 15 comrades; and appointed Comrade Pham Le Hung, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of the City People's Committee, to hold the position of Secretary of the City Government Party Committee.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Anh Tu, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Council, emphasized that the establishment of the Party Committee of the Party Agencies, Mass Organizations, People's Council, City Judiciary and City Government Party Committee was a great effort in the spirit of running while lining up, being exemplary, determined, urgent and serious in arranging and streamlining the organization of the apparatus in the city's political system to ensure being lean, compact, strong, effective, efficient and effective.

Comrade Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Council, presented the Decision of the City Party Executive Committee on the establishment of the City Government Party Committee under the Cam Pha City Party Committee.

The Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of the City People's Council requested the two Party Committees to urgently develop working regulations or review, supplement, and amend the Working Regulations to ensure full implementation of new functions and tasks. At the same time, strictly implement the principles and regulations in arranging the apparatus and cadres; maintain political stability, discipline, and order of the Party; improve the capacity and efficiency of operations after establishment, ensure all normal operations of Party organizations, agencies, and affiliated units; urgently prepare good conditions to complete the Congress of Party Cells towards the Party Congress in accordance with regulations.
