Dynamic, exemplary, enthusiastic about work

As Party Cell Secretary, Head of Vinh Buu Hamlet, Vinh Chau Commune, Tay Ninh Province from 2017 to present, Mr. Tran Van Chanh (born in 1968) has always been dynamic and enthusiastic about his work; exemplary, leading in local emulation movements and has made many positive contributions to Party building work, the new rural construction movement, and is trusted and loved by the people.

Vinh Buu Hamlet has 212 households with 620 people and 12 party members. The lives of people in the hamlet largely depend on agricultural production, small business, etc. With the sense of responsibility of the Party Cell Secretary and Hamlet Chief, Mr. Tran Van Chanh is not afraid of difficulties and hardships, always closely following and being close to the people to grasp the ideological situation, propagandizing and mobilizing people to well implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and participating in movements launched by the locality. Thereby, promoting the spirit of solidarity among the people, local movement activities are increasingly improved, the material and spiritual life of the people is improved, the poverty rate in the hamlet is reduced.

In performing his duties, he is always proactive, creative, seeking the most effective ways to do things, upholding the sense of responsibility to the collective, accepting and completing well all tasks assigned by the Party, the government and the people, creating trust with leaders at all levels and the trust of the people.

Mr. Chanh confided: "To make people believe and follow, we must be at the forefront of all activities, words must go hand in hand with actions; determined to do our best to serve the people from the smallest tasks, as long as it brings benefits to the people."

In daily life, Mr. Chanh is trusted and respected by cadres, party members and people in the hamlet for his honesty, straightforwardness, openness and sociability with everyone. He is close to, respectful of and listens to the opinions of party members and the masses.

In the construction of new rural areas, Mr. Chanh and the Party Cell mobilized people in the hamlet to contribute tens of thousands of square meters of land, hundreds of working days and funds to build, upgrade and repair rural roads and bridges.

From the beginning of 2025 until now, he has voluntarily and mobilized 47 households in the hamlet to contribute thousands of square meters of land to build 3 rural traffic routes combined with closed dikes to serve agricultural production, with a length of more than 4km, worth hundreds of millions of VND.

In addition, every year, he also coordinates with organizations to effectively implement movements launched by the locality, mobilizing philanthropists to join hands to take care of poor households, policy families, children,... worth tens of millions of dong.

With those efforts and contributions, over the years, Mr. Tran Van Chanh has contributed to the hamlet Party Cell to successfully complete the assigned tasks. He has been recognized and highly appreciated by his superiors and has been awarded many certificates of merit for his many achievements in performing his duties.

Energetic and enthusiastic female hamlet Party Secretary

Born and raised in a family with a compassionate lifestyle and dedication to the community, Ms. Sa Ty Gia - Party Cell Secretary, Head of Cham Hamlet, Tan Thanh Commune, used those good qualities to connect the Party, local government with the people in the hamlet, contributing significantly to improving culture, building a civilized and healthy lifestyle for the people, and at the same time nurturing "red seeds", maintaining and developing the Party in the hamlet.

Growing up as a hamlet youth union cadre, in 2012, she officially joined the Party and took on many tasks in the hamlet such as Head of the Women's Union, Head of the Cham hamlet management board, and in 2024, she was elected by party members as Secretary of the Cham hamlet Party cell.

The Cham Hamlet Party Cell currently has 9 party members, of which 5 are Cham ethnic group members, including Ms. Gia. With the advantage of being a member of the Cham community, living together and closely attached, she understands the thoughts, aspirations, difficulties and problems in the community, thereby having a gentle approach, bringing practical policies and guidelines closer to the people, creating trust in the community.

Ms. Gia recalls that in previous years, the cultural level of the people in the community was still quite low. People mainly worked as hired laborers in companies and businesses. Knowing both Cham and Vietnamese, Ms. Gia used her ethnic language to explain to the people about the Party and the leadership role of the Party and the State, and to propagate and introduce humane policies and guidelines such as loan policies, social security, health insurance, etc.

“Unlike other positions, the role of Party Cell Secretary requires more skillful skills. In order for people to believe in your words, in addition to communication skills, you also need a gentle attitude and an understanding of policies to be able to convey all the rights, obligations and benefits of the people when implementing and participating in the policies of the Party and the State,” Ms. Gia shared.

With her constant efforts, now, the people of Cham hamlet, especially the Cham ethnic people, have awareness of the Party, understanding the policies of the Party and the State and have a multi-livelihood life thanks to those correct policies such as starting a business, trading, raising children,... There are also many young people who have been able to study and become intellectuals contributing to building their homeland.

Developing the Party in a special area like Cham hamlet is not only a difficult problem for the Tan Thanh Commune Party Committee but also a big challenge for Ms. Gia and the Party members in the cell because people's awareness of the Party has been raised but there are still many limitations. Not discouraged, she often cares for the youth and young people in the community.

With the encouragement and active support from the hamlet Party cell, Ms. Gia has found 4 outstanding members who are enthusiastic about the activities of the Youth Union and Association and actively participate in social security activities in the locality. Among them, 2 are students who have just graduated from high school and 2 have graduated from junior high school. "Currently, the Party cell is actively monitoring and training them to become young Party members, adding to the Party cell's Party cell team" - Ms. Gia shared more.

Regarding the contents of the superior sector, he actively made recommendations and monitored the results of the resolution to support the people in the hamlet. Therefore, in recent times, Cham hamlet has had a good development trend, the people's lives have been stable, contributing to the good implementation of the commune's political tasks."
