On October 8, singer CeCe Truong, daughter of artist couple Cam Van - Khac Trieu, released her debut EP , Straight Curves.

CeCe wrote her own songs about her crisis and inner struggles. Singer Cam Van was also surprised that her daughter had such difficult experiences, she cried when she heard CeCe sing.

Cam Van shared that CeCe was depressed, and she also accompanied her daughter. Artist Khac Trieu also shed tears when he heard his daughter express her feelings through music .

Up to now, CeCe Truong has tried to overcome the "curves" and turns of life. She has renewed both her image and music. Her familiar curly hair has been straightened, and she sings songs filled with her feelings.

The EP "Straight Curves" includes 3 songs: Thoat, Di Di and Khong Con La Nguoi (composed by Vu Thanh Van) which CeCe Truong compares to a spiritual diary, going through the pain and suffering with her to learn how to let go and find herself again.

Through the EP, she wants to convey the message: Love can change, but from pain, people can still find strength and freedom.

CeCe Truong confided: "There were days when I was so exhausted that I fainted, there were moments when I thought I no longer had enough energy to continue and had to seek medical help to overcome my depression.

That time was terrible, but in that dark period, music once again became a support, a place for me to express, release and find myself again. I started writing lyrics and music as a way to talk to myself. This is not a product following a trend, but the result of a sincere confrontation with myself."
