In recent times, the Voice of Vietnam has mobilized resources, personnel, and media channels to comprehensively, fully, and deeply propagate the implementation of the Party and State's policies on the implementation of ministries and branches to achieve propaganda goals as set out in Resolution No. 66-NQ/TW of the Politburo dated April 30, 2025 on innovation in law-making and enforcement to meet the requirements of national development in the new era with many diverse and rich forms of journalism.
The newest and hottest information in the legal field is always updated and promptly reflected in the programs of the National Assembly with voters, the Government with the people, and Law and Life.
Each program, with its own characteristics and propaganda orientation, has focused on providing quick and accurate information on issues related to the promulgation and enforcement of laws. At the same time, it is also a forum for listeners to discuss and make recommendations on issues related to the enforcement of laws in life, ensuring that legal regulations are correctly understood and consistently enforced in practice.
In the propaganda work on Resolution No. 66-NQ/TW, the methods of policy communication, dissemination and legal education, especially through the application of digital technology, are always diversified; priority is given to important content broadcast on time slots that attract a large audience.
However, the station currently lacks a team of reporters specializing in law; the form of information transmission is difficult to innovate in form and expression, making it difficult to create appeal; there are also overlapping, contradictory, unclear regulations that hinder implementation, making it unfavorable for promoting innovation, attracting and unlocking investment resources.
Therefore, the unit recommends that agencies, ministries and branches need to plan early the content that needs to be informed and propagated; increase initiative and coordination with press agencies in providing information; leaders are ready to participate as guests, answering issues of public interest.
Concluding the working session, Deputy Minister of Justice Nguyen Thanh Ngoc, Vice Chairman of the Central Council for Coordinating Legal Education and Dissemination, suggested that in the coming time, the Voice of Vietnam Radio Station should pay attention to maintaining, innovating, and improving the quality of existing columns. At the same time, research on having a long-term column for legal communication and legal education and dissemination to create a forum for experts, researchers, officials, and people to exchange, discuss, contribute ideas, and contribute to the process of building and enforcing laws...
In addition, it is necessary to increase proactiveness in coordination and build cooperation programs with ministries and branches to exploit legal strengths and effectively use the team of legal experts.
