Summary of Judicial work in the first 9 months of 2025

In the first 9 months of 2025, the Department of Justice has proactively advised local Party committees and authorities to lead and direct the implementation of judicial work. At the same time, it has closely coordinated with sectors, the Fatherland Front, and organizations to effectively implement judicial work in all areas, focusing on building and implementing key tasks in 2025. The Department has presided over and coordinated with agencies and units to review and propose solutions to improve the law to propose handling of 34 contents in 28 legal documents of the Central Government with contradictory, overlapping, and unfeasible provisions, causing difficulties in application.

Agencies and units in the province have organized nearly 5,200 propaganda sessions for over 316,600 people. Organized 25 legal knowledge competitions attracting 2,489 participants; provided over 181,100 legal propaganda documents to people in the province. The whole province maintains 3,789 mediation teams with over 22,400 grassroots mediators; the mediation teams are strengthened, ensuring standards to do well in mediation work at the grassroots level. The work of administrative violation handling, civil status work, state management of state compensation, property auctions under its jurisdiction, judicial appraisal work, legal aid... are implemented effectively, in accordance with regulations.

In the last months of the year, the Department of Justice continues to effectively implement the directives of the Central Government and the province on judicial work; strives to complete the key tasks set out. In particular, focusing on advising and organizing the serious and effective implementation of laws on the judicial field in the province. Highly focusing on the functions and tasks of the Department of Justice directly related to the implementation of socio -economic development tasks, promoting economic growth of the province.

The Department continues to innovate and further improve the effectiveness of legal dissemination and education ; closely linking legal dissemination and education with law making and enforcement. At the same time, strengthen the effectiveness and efficiency of state management in the management and handling of administrative violations; judicial support and administration; improve the quality of public service provision in the fields of state management of the Department of Justice. Strengthen inspection, citizen reception, complaint settlement and prevention and combat of corruption, negativity and waste. Actively coordinate with departments, branches, and associations in the field of Justice to improve the quality and effectiveness of legal work, judicial work and association work.
