Central Council for Coordinating Legal Education Dissemination deploys tasks for the fourth quarter of 2025

On October 3, the Central Council for Coordinating Legal Education held a national online meeting to evaluate the results of work in the past 9 months and deploy key tasks for the last months of 2025. Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long, Chairman of the Central Council for Coordinating Legal Education chaired the meeting. Attending at the Quang Ninh bridge was comrade Le Van Anh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Council for Coordinating Legal Education.

In the first 9 months of 2025, the dissemination and education of law across the country achieved many outstanding results. Ministries, branches and localities issued 40 directives and instructions; organized more than 216,000 direct propaganda activities, attracting nearly 24 million participants; deployed nearly 5,000 legal competitions with more than 2.2 million participants; and published over 16 million legal propaganda documents.

Notably, the National Law Portal officially operated since May 2025, and has so far recorded more than 663,000 visits and nearly 77,000 questions and answers using AI Law; contributing to innovating the method of accessing legal information, increasing interaction and convenience for people and businesses.

The Central Council for Coordination of Legal Dissemination and Education also focuses on building and perfecting institutions and policies, promoting digital transformation in legal dissemination, providing legal support for small and medium-sized enterprises, and replicating nearly 100 effective legal dissemination models in localities. In addition, coordination with press agencies has been strengthened to widely disseminate important resolutions of the Party, National Assembly , and Government, raising awareness and sense of law compliance throughout society.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long emphasized: In the last months of the year, the Central Council for Coordinating Legal Education and Dissemination will focus on perfecting institutions and policies on legal education and dissemination; promptly communicating and disseminating newly issued laws and resolutions, ensuring the right direction. The focus is on promoting the application of technology, promoting the effectiveness of the National Legal Portal and Legal AI, associated with the digital transformation process; focusing on building a culture of law compliance among officials, party members and people; replicating effective legal education and dissemination models, paying attention to legal support for small and medium-sized enterprises and business households.

At the same time, the Council will organize a working group to inspect and remove difficulties in the locality and carefully prepare activities in response to Vietnam Law Day 2025, associated with honoring exemplary collectives and individuals.
