Vietnamese Heart Volunteer Club supports people after floods

The Vietnamese Heart Volunteer Club (Hai Phong) has just organized a charity program 'Towards Dong Ky - Joining hands to support people after the flood'.

Members of the Vietnamese Heart Volunteer Club give gifts to people affected by storms and floods in Dong Ky commune ( Bac Ninh ).

On October 18 and 19, the Vietnamese Heart Volunteer Club ( Hai Phong City Youth Union) organized a charity program "Towards Dong Ky - Joining hands to support people after the flood" in Dong Ky commune (Bac Ninh).

Through the fanpage, the club mobilizes organizations, individuals, and philanthropists to support blankets, medicine, household items, food, clean water for severely affected households, and books and school supplies so that children can return to school soon.

The club supports 1 million VND/household for some cases in especially difficult circumstances.

The club organized the giving of necessities and cash to support 75 cases with a value of 500,000 VND/household. 8 families in especially difficult circumstances were supported with 1 million VND/household. The total value of gifts and cash was nearly 50 million VND.

Club members also help clean up households, visit and encourage people, helping them stabilize their lives.
