Fans complain about inconvenience, but traders double the price

On the morning of June 12, at Lach Tray Stadium, the organizers of the international friendly match between the Vietnam national football team and Hong Kong (China) proceeded to return tickets. Notably, ticket brokers appeared, inviting fans right in the stadium. The "black market" ticket prices were pushed up to 1.5-2 times the original price.

The organizers announced that tickets will be returned to fans from 8am on June 12. Fans who have purchased tickets online must go to Lach Tray Stadium, Hai Phong , present the confirmation code to receive paper tickets or authorize someone else to receive them on their behalf.

Fans lined up outside the ticket gate early. Many expressed dissatisfaction, feeling inconvenienced by buying tickets online but still having to line up to get paper tickets.

Tickets for the friendly match between Vietnam and Hong Kong (China) are sold at 3 prices: 50,000 VND, 200,000 VND and 300,000 VND depending on the seat position. All 3 prices are offered by the brokers right at Lach Tray Stadium on the first day of ticket return.

The Vietnamese team will soon finalize the squad before moving to Hai Phong on June 13. Lach Tray Stadium will host two matches, a friendly match between the Vietnamese team and Hong Kong (June 15) and the remaining match between the Vietnamese team's sub-group and Hai Phong Club (June 17). Through these two matches, Coach Troussier will filter once more to choose the squad to compete with Syria (June 20) at Thien Truong.
