The Provincial Women's Union is increasingly strong, becoming a warm common home for members and women in the province. As one of the cadres who has been involved in the work of the union and the women's movement for many years, I understand the difficulties, hardships, and efforts of generations of cadres in the task of building and developing the union organization. How to build and innovate the content and methods of the union's activities to adapt to the times and develop the women's movement is always a concern and challenge for those working in the union. I am very happy to see that in recent years, the provincial Women's Union at all levels has always strived to improve the quality of its staff and implemented many activities and programs that have brought high efficiency. Patriotic emulation movements, building new rural areas and civilized urban areas; environmental protection activities, preventing and combating domestic violence, and enhancing women's economic and political empowerment... are being widely and deeply implemented. I believe that the association's staff today will continue to inherit the glorious tradition, promote the spirit of solidarity and creativity, and develop the association to become increasingly stronger.

*Ms. Phan Thi Phuong Linh - Vice President of Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Chu Ward, President of Ward Women's Union:

Always grasp the thoughts and aspirations of members and women

Over 18 years of participating in the association's work, I have witnessed many positive changes in women's lives, as well as in the association's operating methods. The association's work is increasingly interested, operating more professionally and effectively. I am very proud to be an association officer and always keep in mind the need to grasp the thoughts and aspirations, creating a close and united environment among members and women. Therefore, I always actively direct the organization of many activities such as: Supporting women to start a business, develop the economy ; building "5 no, 3 clean" families; mobilizing members to participate in environmental protection, building civilized urban areas; activities to care for children and disadvantaged women... At the same time, innovate the content and operating methods of the association, especially applying information technology in propaganda and management to attract more women to participate; pay attention to the work of training and introducing outstanding members for the Party to consider and admit. The results achieved are the motivation for me to continue to stick with and contribute to the development of the association.

*Ms. Dao Thi Huong - Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dien Dien commune, President of the Commune Women's Union:

During 15 years of working for the association, despite many difficulties and hardships, I have worked with the association to fulfill the role of gathering and mobilizing members and women to participate in the local women's movement, and to successfully complete the assigned tasks. The association's activities are increasingly in-depth and practical. I am also very happy to see women become more confident, dynamic, and actively participate in emulation movements. Participating in the association's work, I have been trained and increasingly matured, learned, and improved my organizational and management skills. From the trips to the grassroots, meeting, listening, and understanding the thoughts and aspirations of the members, I have better understood the role and responsibilities of an association officer. The affection, trust, and support of the women are a great source of encouragement, giving me more strength to continue to contribute. The 95th anniversary of the association's founding is an opportunity for us to look back, be proud of our glorious tradition, and be more determined to contribute to the association's development in the new period.
