On the morning of January 11, the Office of the President announced that President Vo Van Thuong has just decided to send Longevity Greeting Cards to 1,632 citizens who are 100 years old (born in 1924) and over 100 years old in 14 provinces and cities across the country, including: Bac Lieu, Bac Kan, Ha Nam, Da Nang, Thua Thien Hue, Quang Tri, Bac Giang, Quang Ninh, Phu Tho, Nam Dinh, Thanh Hoa, Yen Bai , Cao Bang and Lang Son.

Previously, at the end of December 2023, President Vo Van Thuong decided to send longevity greeting cards to 1,025 citizens who are 100 years old and over 100 years old in 10 provinces and cities, including: An Giang, Vinh Long, Bac Ninh, Quang Ngai, Ha Giang, Bac Giang, Dien Bien, Dak Nong, Tra Vinh and Phu Yen.
