At 4:00 p.m. this afternoon, President Vo Van Thuong and Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. visited the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long ( Hanoi ). This is a sideline activity during the State visit of the Philippine President and his wife to Vietnam.
