At the same time, they are responsible to the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City for the results of performing the authorized tasks and powers. The Director of the Department of Home Affairs is responsible for guiding and organizing inspections to ensure that the authorization is carried out in accordance with regulations.
