Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Son received citizens of Son Duong district and Tuyen Quang city

Participating in the reception of citizens were leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, representatives of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council; leaders of the Provincial Inspectorate, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the Provincial People's Committee Office, the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, the Provincial Branch, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee; representatives of the People's Committees of Son Duong and Yen Son districts, and Tuyen Quang city.

Ms. Hoang Thi Son, Group 5, My Lam Ward, Tuyen Quang City, requested to consider resettlement for her family when the State reclaims land to build an entertainment and resort area in My Lam Mineral Spring Tourist Area.

After listening to the representatives of the leaders of Tuyen Quang City People's Committee and departments and branches clarifying the issues raised by citizen Hoang Thi Son, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Chairman of Tuyen Quang City People's Committee to preside over and coordinate with Yen Son District People's Committee and relevant units to inspect, verify and resolve the content of Ms. Hoang Thi Son's request; at the same time, review and resolve similar cases to Ms. Hoang Thi Son in My Lam ward according to the provisions of law.

Citizen Le Thi Hai, Tan An residential group, Son Duong town (Son Duong) petitioned to resolve land disputes.

The comrade requested the Chairman of the People's Committee of Yen Son district to direct close coordination with the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang city to provide all documents related to the petition of Ms. Hoang Thi Son so that the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang city can resolve the case. The Department of Natural Resources and Environment, according to its functions and tasks, will guide the People's Committee of the city and the People's Committee of Yen Son district to ensure strict implementation in accordance with the provisions of law.

Leaders of Tuyen Quang City People's Committee spoke to explain citizens' petitions.

Mr. and Mrs. Le Thi Hai were authorized by Mr. Le Chi Thanh, their biological father, in Tan An residential group, Son Duong town (Son Duong), to petition to resolve the dispute over a part of the land plot between the family and Mr. Pham Van Tiep, the adjacent land user.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Chairman of the Son Duong District People's Committee to direct the competent authorities to inspect and review the procedures and authority to grant and renew land use right certificates for the families of Mr. Le Chi Thanh and Mr. Pham Van Tiep to ensure strictness, and to respond and guide the public in accordance with regulations.
