Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee periodically receives citizens in March

Mr. Dinh Quang Bieu, Dong Tam village, Tan Thanh commune, proposed to resolve the land dispute. He requested the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to direct all levels and sectors to resolve the matter according to their authority, and to measure and clarify the land data so that the families can reconcile.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee affirmed that Mr. Bieu's request to resolve the case was well-founded; assigned the Chairman of the Son Duong District People's Committee to direct the resolution in accordance with the provisions of law, to be completed before April 15, 2024; assigned the Director to direct the Surveying Center to coordinate with the Son Duong District People's Committee to measure the area of land claimed for encroachment in an objective and accurate manner with the highest sense of responsibility; the People's Committee of Tan Thanh Commune closely coordinated with relevant agencies to implement; requested Mr. Bieu to actively coordinate with the relevant agencies to thoroughly resolve the case to ensure compliance with the time assigned by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

The leader of the People's Committee of Thuong Am commune commented on the proposal of Mr. Luong Van Trung, Dong Ben village.

Mr. Luong Van Trung, Dong Ben village, Thuong Am commune, requested the Provincial People's Committee to direct on-site appraisal of the land plot of the family and the adjacent households currently in dispute to have a basis for resolution; clearly define the boundaries in the family's land use right certificate in 2006 to identify the owner; the government should resolve the matter as soon as possible to avoid people filing complaints and losing solidarity in the community.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee concluded that in the land dispute case that Mr. Trung had proposed, the People's Committee of Thuong Am Commune and the People's Committee of Son Duong District had not fulfilled their responsibilities. He assigned the Chairman of the District People's Committee to direct specialized agencies to review all procedures for granting certificates, if there were any errors, they would be revoked and reissued according to regulations, and to respond definitively to citizens and report to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee before April 30, 2024.
