Comrade K'Mak, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council chaired the meeting. Also attending were representatives of the judicial and internal affairs agencies, the Provincial Inspectorate, the Provincial Police, the Provincial People's Court, the Provincial People's Procuracy and the Provincial People's Council committees.

At the meeting, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council listened to and received many opinions and recommendations from citizens related to the following areas: land management and use; granting of land use right certificates; social security policies and regimes; settlement of complaints and denunciations and pressing public issues.

Ms. Do Thi Dam, residing at Group 19, An Son, Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat, petitioned regarding the prolonged issuance of land use right certificates, affecting the legitimate rights of her family.

Ms. Tran Thi Xuan Loc, address 70C Hoang Van Thu, Cam Ly ward - Da Lat, reported the inadequacies in resolving land disputes, requesting the authorities to promptly consider and respond definitively to ensure a stable life.

In addition, some citizens and businesses in Bao Lam and Bao Loc reported the overlapping of mineral planning with production land and residential land, causing difficulties for investment and production, directly affecting the rights of people and businesses.

Directly discussing at the meeting, representatives of the competent agencies answered a number of issues within their authority and guided citizens to carry out necessary procedures in accordance with legal regulations. For cases beyond their authority or requiring more time for inspection and verification, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council recorded, summarized and transferred to the competent agency for consideration and resolution.

In his concluding remarks, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council K'Mak emphasized: Citizen reception is an important channel for the Provincial People's Council and relevant agencies to grasp the reality and promptly resolve the legitimate petitions of the people. At the same time, he requested relevant sectors and localities to urgently review and thoroughly handle outstanding cases, especially those that have caused long-term concerns, ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of people and businesses.

Through regular citizen receptions, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council continues to affirm the spirit of responsibility and openness in listening to and accompanying the people; at the same time, creating more trust for voters to feel secure and join hands to build Lam Dong to develop quickly and sustainably.
