Sharing at the "Touching Autumn in Hanoi" campaign jointly organized by the Hanoi People's Committee and Vietnam Airlines on the afternoon of September 23, Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen said that this is a key activity, contributing to realizing the city's cultural and tourism development strategy for the period 2025 - 2030.

"Shaping Hanoi in autumn with a series of diverse events is our way to bring the capital to international level. We want both domestic and international tourists to have the opportunity to preserve memorable memories of Hanoi in autumn, so that when mentioning this city, people think of a destination that is both ancient and vibrant," said Mr. Quyen.
Hanoi leaders also emphasized that the campaign not only has promotional significance, but also encourages each citizen of the capital to become a cultural ambassador, accompanying the process of building Hanoi's brand in the international arena.
Mr. Ha Van Sieu, Deputy Director of the National Tourism Administration, also said that "Touching Autumn in Hanoi" is a valuable initiative, helping to increase the attractiveness of Hanoi in particular and Vietnam tourism in general.
"Touching Autumn in Hanoi" is a testament to how a city can turn the most beautiful season of the year into a unique journey of experience. It is the story of a gentle yet dynamic Hanoi, where tradition and modernity blend, where memory and future go hand in hand.
Mr. Le Hong Ha, General Director of Vietnam Airlines, affirmed that "Touching Autumn in Hanoi" is the airline's long-term step in positioning the capital on the world tourism map.
"With this campaign, we hope that visitors not only come but also truly touch the soul of Hanoi. Every step, every event is an opportunity to experience the culture, nature and people of the capital. Through that, the image of a friendly, hospitable and richly cultural Vietnam will be spread more strongly to international friends," Mr. Ha emphasized.

For more information, Mr. Do Dong Hung, Head of Communications Department of Vietnam Airlines, said that each event is designed as an emotional "touch point" for participants to truly immerse themselves in Hanoi. The highlight is the community run Run For Love (September 28), where thousands of footsteps join together for humanitarian goals.
The unique point of "Touching Autumn in Hanoi" is its diversity. After Run For Love, there will be a dragon boat racing and SUP rowing festival on West Lake (October 5), rekindling the long-standing tradition in the midst of a modern city. The Light Flight to Hanoi (October 6) is organized to encourage a green lifestyle, towards sustainable tourism.
Music is also organized with Classic - Hanoi Concert (10 - 11.10) bringing classical sounds into the space of the old town. The 5AM Concert program (November) opens a unique experience when music blends with the dawn moment...
