Golden Week program gives 10 needy families the chance to find their beloved children

On June 28, Hanoi Andrology and Infertility Hospital held a ceremony to announce and award decisions on 10 100% free in vitro fertilization cases and other free review programs within the framework of the program "Golden Week 2025 - Golden opportunity for the dream of finding a beloved child."

The event carries a humane message of hope and opportunity for infertile families in difficult circumstances, helping to reduce the financial burden on the journey to welcome a little angel.

From April 25 to May 25, the Hospital began accepting applications for free screening programs, attracting the participation of hundreds of couples from all over the country. Not only stopping at paper-based assessments, the team of specialized staff also directly assessed the actual circumstances of each family submitting applications for a 100% free support package for in vitro fertilization.

Families who receive a 100% free support package for IVF costs will be supported by the hospital with all costs for testing, egg stimulation, egg retrieval, embryo creation, embryo storage, embryo transfer, etc., equivalent to 100 million VND/package depending on each case. In addition, the hospital will pay all previous examination and testing costs for families who have already completed the application. This is the 7th consecutive year that the hospital has provided 100% free support for IVF costs for couples in especially difficult circumstances across the country.

10 families will receive 100% free support for the cost of in vitro fertilization (IVF) in 2025, including: Sung Thi Vang and Mao Van Nghia's family (Muong Nhe, Dien Bien); Phan Thi Kieu Mai and Cao Thanh Tam's family (Tuyen Hoa, Quang Binh); Le Thi Canh and Mui Trung Kien's family (Phu Yen, Son La); Nguyen Thi Ai Lien and Duong Ba Hop's family (Gio Linh, Quang Tri); Nguyen Thi Nhung and Tran Van Thu's family (Ham Yen, Tuyen Quang); Luong Thi Canh and Ha Van Duong's family (Da Bac, Hoa Binh); Tran Thi Nhuong and Pham Van Nguyen's family (Giao Thuy, Nam Dinh); Nguyen Thi Tam and Dang Cong Phong's family (Quang Dien, Hue city); Nguyen Linh Giang and Ly Van Tung's family (Loc Binh, Lang Son); Xin Thi Nhich and Tan A Nuc's family (Yen Minh, Ha Giang ).

One of the 10 cases receiving a 100% free support package for IVF costs in 2025 is the family of Ms. Nguyen Thi Tam (1992) and Mr. Dang Cong Phong (1991), from Quang Dien district, Hue city. Married since 2016, for nearly 10 years, they have lived in anguish waiting for a child's laughter. As a farming family, their life is tied to the fields, the sun and rain, and many difficulties in income. Mr. Phong works as a construction worker, with an unstable seasonal job, while Ms. Tam works in agriculture with vegetable beds and rice fields. During the Golden Week of 2025, Ms. Tam was guided to complete the application for free IVF support.

Master Le Thi Thu Hien - Professional Director of Hanoi Andrology and Infertility Hospital, shared that after many years of implementation, the "Golden Week - Nurturing Happiness" program has become a bridge to bring the dream of becoming parents closer to thousands of families across the country. In addition to providing free medical examination opportunities for the community, the program also specially implemented a 100% support package for IVF costs for couples in difficult circumstances. Up to now, 67 families have been supported 100% of IVF costs through the program and the result is the birth of 70 little angels.

Over the years, the Hanoi Andrology and Infertility Hospital has received and reviewed thousands of applications from all over the country for free. Many couples have had access to appropriate and effective treatment regimens and have successfully achieved their dream of becoming parents thanks to the Program./.
