On the afternoon of October 1, Tay Ninh province held a press conference to inform about preparations for the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan Huong, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, chaired the conference.
At the press conference, Mr. Vo Thanh Phong, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, said that personnel preparation for the Congress was carried out earlier, more methodically and closely than in previous terms, in accordance with the spirit of Directive 45 of the Politburo on organizational arrangement and consolidation.
During the preparation process, the province focuses on a reasonable structure of age, gender, and field of work; cares for young, female, and scientific and technological cadres, ensuring inheritance and development.
At the grassroots level, the province allocated the number of delegates according to the guidelines, with 382 delegates elected from affiliated Party organizations. To date, 448 delegates have been officially summoned to attend the Congress, representing more than 94,000 Party members in the entire Party Committee.
A representative of the Department of Science and Technology of Tay Ninh said that the new highlight of this Congress is the synchronous application of many modern technological solutions. The system of controlling access to the hall using recognition technology helps to quickly and accurately manage the number of delegates.
Along with that, the "Congress Handbook" application on mobile devices allows delegates to look up documents, programs, lists, important documents and update immediately when there are changes; at the same time, it opens a convenient channel for exchange and comments.
The Organizing Committee also applied virtual reality technology and artificial intelligence to build a digital exhibition space, recreating images, documents and achievements through the ages. This is an intuitive and vivid solution, helping delegates and visitors learn more about the development process and contributions of the Party Committee, government and people of Tay Ninh. The application of new technology demonstrates the spirit of innovation and pioneering in digital transformation, contributing to improving the effectiveness of organizing and promoting the Congress.
According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan Huong, the Congress will take place over 3 days from October 8-10, 2025. The theme of the 1st Tay Ninh Provincial Party Congress is: "Building a clean and strong Party and political system; promoting the tradition of loyalty and resilience; making breakthroughs, developing the socio-economy, improving people's lives; ensuring national defense and security; together with the whole country, advancing strongly in the era of national development."
This is a major political event of special significance in the context of the province having just undergone a merger process, opening a new stage of comprehensive and sustainable development.
The Congress documents were carefully and scientifically prepared, with extensive comments from cadres, party members, people, scientists, experts and central ministries, departments and branches.
The document, approved by the Politburo, is the basis for the Congress to objectively and comprehensively assess the results of the implementation of the Resolution for the 2020-2025 term, clearly point out limitations, and at the same time determine the directions, goals, tasks, and main solutions for the 2025-2030 term.
“With careful preparation of personnel, documents, facilities and strong application of digital technology, the 1st Congress of Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee promises to be successful, creating an important driving force for the province to make a breakthrough in the new development stage," Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan Huong further emphasized./.
