During the ceremony to receive artists from the Ho Chi Minh City Artists Nursing Home held at the Thi Nghe Nursing Center (morning of February 27), the Ho Chi Minh City Theater Association, together with the Board of Directors of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and the Board of Directors of the Thi Nghe Nursing Center, also moved the ancestral altar and portrait of the late People's Artist Phung Ha to the Artists' Building located in the Thi Nghe Nursing Center.
On holidays, young actors often come to the Ho Chi Minh City Artists' Nursing Home to burn incense at the Ancestral Altar and the altar of People's Artist Phung Ha's portrait.
"So that every day the artists can burn incense to their ancestors, burn incense to the late People's Artist Phung Ha - the person who made many contributions to building the Artists' Nursing Home, the person considered a giant tree, a senior artist of the reformed theater world" - Mr. Ton That Can, Vice President of the Ho Chi Minh City Theater Association said.

People's Artist Phung Ha is a giant of the 20th century Vietnamese theater. In his last years, despite his old age and poor health, People's Artist Phung Ha still actively participated in charity work, bringing joy to poor families.
