Transferring kindergarten and high school of Dong Nai University to local authorities and education sector for management

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee approved the policy of transferring the Pedagogical Practice Kindergarten to the Tam Hiep Ward People's Committee for management. Dong Nai University is responsible for presiding over and coordinating with the Tam Hiep Ward People's Committee to develop and complete the project of transferring and receiving the Pedagogical Practice Kindergarten to the Tam Hiep Ward People's Committee, submitting it to the competent authority for consideration and decision according to regulations. The completion time is before August 10, 2025.

Regarding the Pedagogical Practice High School, the Provincial People's Committee approved the assignment to the Department of Education and Training for management. Dong Nai University is responsible for reviewing and making a list of teachers of the Pedagogical Practice High School who are receiving salaries from the state budget according to the assigned quota, and sending it to the Department of Home Affairs before July 20, 2025. At the same time, preside over and coordinate with the Department of Education and Training to develop and complete the project of transferring and receiving the Pedagogical Practice High School, and submit it to the competent authority for consideration and decision. The completion time is before August 10, 2025.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Home Affairs to preside over and coordinate with Dong Nai University, the Department of Education and Training and relevant departments and branches to propose a solution for the number of teachers recruited and receiving salaries from the unit's career revenue before transferring them to the Department of Education and Training for management.

For the Pedagogical Practice Kindergarten, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Chairman of the People's Committee of Tam Hiep Ward to coordinate with Dong Nai University to carry out the admission procedures according to regulations. At the same time, based on the regulations on the number of teachers/classes and the number of children in the school, carry out the process and procedures to recruit enough staff to ensure teaching and learning for children.
