On the first day of Tet (January 29), the route opens at 10:00 and closes at 22:00. From 10:00 to 18:00, the train runs every 10 minutes; from 18:00 to 22:00, the train runs every 15 minutes.

On January 30 (the second day of the Lunar New Year), the Cat Linh - Ha Dong Metro train opens at 8am and closes at 10pm. On January 31 (the third day of the Lunar New Year), it opens at 6am and closes at 10pm. On the fourth day of the Lunar New Year, it returns to normal operation.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong (Thanh Xuan, Hanoi) often travels on this route. She said she enjoys it because it is clean and there are no traffic jams.
The Tet operating schedule is applied to both urban railway lines: Cat Linh - Ha Dong and Nhon - Hanoi station.
