Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has just responded to the document No. 4880/TTr-SVHTTDL of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the province on the transfer of management of Thanh Hoa Club.

Salary and bonus remain the same

Vice Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Dau Thanh Tung, assigned the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to direct Thanh Hoa Football Federation to coordinate with the club's leaders and Dong A Real Estate Group Company Limited to continue maintaining training and competition activities for the first team, ensuring stability, efficiency and compliance with the regulations of the V-League 2025-2026 Organizing Committee.

Previously, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism's report also proposed assigning Thanh Hoa Football Federation to receive and manage the club in the initial phase, and at the same time advised the province to invite qualified businesses to participate in management work, ensuring the long-term development of the team according to professional football regulations.

Talking to Thanh Nien reporter, Mr. Nguyen Duy Tu, Deputy Director of Thanh Hoa Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, said that the viewpoint of the provincial leaders is that in any circumstances, they are determined to maintain the club because this is the province's football team, not just one person's. He also said that the payment of salaries to the team's players, coaching staff, and staff is still carried out according to the province's football development project, and the financial resources are still provided normally.
