To minimize damage caused by floods, Thai Nguyen Provincial Police recommend that people maintain vigilance, strictly follow the instructions of the government and functional forces; proactively reinforce houses, check electricity and water systems; limit going out when not necessary, especially do not cross culverts, spillways, and deeply flooded areas.
At the same time, strengthen the spirit of solidarity, support and help each other, promptly notify the authorities and police when detecting emergency situations or signs of danger.
