Local authorities have mobilized militia, union members and youth to help people overcome the consequences, organize inspections, warnings and evacuate people from areas at risk of landslides, and organize 24/7 on-duty to be ready to respond to situations.

Authorities advise people not to be complacent when there is heavy rain and strong winds; proactively brace houses, reinforce barns, and move livestock and important assets to safe places. Households living near mountain slopes, streams, and areas at risk of landslides and flash floods should be prepared to evacuate according to the instructions of local authorities.
