Ho Chi Minh City police are looking for Huynh Xuan Van in the Phan Cong Khanh fraud case.

(NLDO) - Using many deceitful tricks, Phan Cong Khanh (Khanh Supper) defrauded customers of money to pay debts and spend for personal expenses.

On July 9, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Procuracy announced that it had completed the indictment and transferred the entire case file to the same-level People's Procuracy to try Phan Cong Khanh (born 1994, alias Khanh Supper) for the crime of "Fraudulent appropriation of property".

In relation to the case, Phan Cong Khanh's accomplice, Mohamach Da Pha (born 1996), was prosecuted for two crimes: "Fraudulent appropriation of property" and "Abuse of trust to appropriate property".

Business is not going well, cheating customers

In 2019, Phan Cong Khanh and Huynh Xuan Van (born in 1987) each contributed 50% of the capital to establish K-Supper Company. Due to business not going well, Phan Cong Khanh came up with the idea of ​​defrauding customers.

Accordingly, Ms. Luong Ngoc Thuy H. (born in 1991) was an acquaintance so she asked Khanh to sell her McLaren car.

In March 2023, Khanh told Ms. H. that if she wanted to sell the car, she could bring it to his showroom to sell because there was a customer who wanted to buy the car. Ms. H. agreed.

Khanh told the staff to come to Ms. H's house to pick up the car and drive it to Khanh's K Super Showroom to sell it. At this time, Ms. H only delivered the car without the vehicle registration.

Pawn the car

On May 23, because he needed money to pay off his debt and redeem the Mercedes G63 (without a license plate) that he had previously mortgaged, Khanh lied to Ms. H. and showed the McLaren's papers to the customer.

Huynh Xuan Van

Khanh gave all the car papers to Mohamach Da Pha to pawn the car and give it to Khanh for 2 billion VND.

In addition, Mohamach Da Pha also borrowed a BMW from Mr. LTS (from An Giang ). After that, this person took Mr. S's BMW to pawn for 1 billion VND and then took possession of it.

Also according to the records, Phan Cong Khanh and Huynh Xuan Van lied that Khanh Supper Company had bought a Brabus G800 car, making Mr. THP trust them and agree to buy it back for 24.5 billion VND.

After Mr. P. transferred 24.5 billion VND, Khanh Supper tried to avoid and used the money for personal purposes. Only when he heard that Khanh was arrested did Mr. P. realize he had been scammed.

Regarding Huynh Xuan Van, after committing the crime he fled, currently Ho Chi Minh City Police have issued a wanted notice, once he is arrested he will be dealt with later.
