Organization of landscape architecture and urban architecture space; Planning of technical infrastructure network (traffic, technical preparation, water supply, electricity supply, telecommunications, drainage, environmental sanitation, underground construction space).

A representative of the Tay Ho Ward People's Committee said that when approved, the Quang An peninsula area will have a major change in appearance with the formation of a green axis, an entertainment area, a spiritual cultural park, a thematic cultural and art park, combined with a commercial development area, services, and hotels serving resort tourism, ensuring standards according to current regulations.

The representative of Tay Ho Ward People's Committee said: This landscape architectural space will take the central axis of Quang An peninsula combined with the specialized park for culture, art, entertainment, and multi-purpose culture as the main planning axis, designed with a walking street stretching from Northeast to Southwest, starting from the park gate area to the open square next to Dam Tri Lake. The end is the highlight project - a large-scale, modern theater typical of the Capital.

Previously, on April 28, Hanoi City also decided to approve Sun City Company Limited as the investor to implement the investment project to build the Pearl Theater and thematic cultural and art park in Quang An ward, Tay Ho district (now Tay Ho ward).

According to the design, the Pearl Theater will be a large-scale, modern project, representing the capital. It is expected to host major cultural and political events of the capital, and a multi-purpose cultural complex serving cultural, artistic and entertainment activities.

At the same time, the planning will establish a spatial axis connecting the central area of the West Lake urban area - West Lake - West Lake peninsula - Red River - Co Loa citadel. Preserving, embellishing and exploiting the typical values of culture, landscape, water surface of West Lake, Dam Tri Lake... existing communal house, temple, pagoda relics, landscape architecture space harmoniously connecting landscape architecture space with surrounding projects.
