Announcing the "Quintessence of Vietnam" Award honoring cultural and artistic values

On October 4, the Tinh Hoa Viet Awards were officially announced nationwide, aiming to honor the unique cultural and artistic values of Vietnam. The award is organized annually by Dai Doan Ket Newspaper (the Central agency of the Vietnam Fatherland Front ) in collaboration with ZOA Media and Creation Company, and is expected to become a cultural event with strong influence.

The “Quintessence of Vietnam” Award aims to establish a standard system of artistic values with Vietnamese identity, honoring individuals and works that are both rich in traditional depth and modern. The nominees are works, works, products, and projects of artists, intellectuals, and individuals of Vietnamese nationality or Vietnamese origin, meeting legal and ethical criteria and not involved in scandals.

The awards are divided into three main categories:

Category A – Music Essence: Includes awards for Song of the Year, Album of the Year, Composer, Music Producer, Singer, MV and Performance of the Year. Works must clearly demonstrate Vietnamese cultural elements.

Category B – Multi-disciplinary artistic quintessence: Including Literature, Fine Arts, Cinema, Theater, Heritage Conservation, Creation and Spread of Vietnamese Culture.

Category C – Special Award: The title “Essence of Dedication” is given to individuals with long-term, lasting contributions to the country’s culture and arts.

An important highlight of the Vietnam Essence Awards is the voting mechanism combining the Jury Council (including many prestigious experts and artists such as People's Artist Vuong Duy Bien, People's Artist Tran Ly Ly, musician Huy Tuan, poet Hong Thanh Quang...), the Journalists Council and public participation through online platforms (website and TikTok), ensuring democracy and transparency.

The awards will take place according to a specific schedule: October 4, 2025: Launch and press conference. October 15 - November 15, 2025: Receiving nominations. December 12, 2025: Announcing the official nomination list. December 12, 2025. January 1, 2026: Voting and judging stage. January 1, 2026: Solemn awards gala night.

With strategic vision, thorough investment and the cooperation of the whole community, the 2025 Vietnam Essence Awards promises to be not only an award ceremony, but will become a vibrant cultural event, where the most quintessential values of the nation are honored, preserved and passed on, true to the motto "Vietnam Essence - Passing on today, shining tomorrow"./.
