Announcing the decision to establish the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee

This morning, February 3, the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision to establish the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee. Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Long Hai; Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Dang Quang; Acting Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ha Sy Dong; Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Dao Manh Hung; and members of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee attended.

At the conference, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee Phan Van Phung announced Decision No. 1860 - QD/TU dated February 3, 2025 of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee on the establishment of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee.

Accordingly, the Provincial Party Committee decided to establish the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee on the basis of merging the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee decided to transfer Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Department Ho Dai Nam to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education and Mass Mobilization Department, term 2020 - 2025, from February 3, 2025.

Appointing Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for Mass Mobilization Mai Xuan Tam; Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee Ho Thi Ngoc Lan; Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee Nguyen Quoc Khanh; Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee Tran Van Tuan to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee, with a term of appointment of 5 years, starting from February 3, 2025.

In his speech assigning tasks, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Long Hai emphasized that the establishment of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department is the first product of the revolution to streamline the provincial organizational apparatus.

The Provincial Party Secretary requested the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department to focus on implementing a number of tasks, including urgently developing operating regulations and assigning tasks to leaders of departments and specialized departments. Arranging and assigning civil servants and employees of specialized departments to ensure compliance with regulations.

Develop a key work program for 2025, register a work schedule so that the Provincial Party Standing Committee can promptly give comments on the work program as well as contents related to the activities of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department. Require leaders, cadres and civil servants of the department to immediately get to work with the highest determination, striving to best complete the assigned tasks.

Regarding the advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Long Hai suggested continuing to coordinate well with the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission to advise the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to comprehensively lead and direct, and improve the quality of Party building work.

Speaking at the reception of the task, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department Ho Dai Nam affirmed: Together with the staff of the department, we will focus on performing the task right from the first days of the year, absolutely not allowing any loopholes in performing the task.

All staff of the Board will make the greatest efforts and determination to effectively carry out their tasks, especially information, propaganda and mass mobilization work among the people. The Board will continue to promote the tradition of the two previous Boards to successfully complete the tasks of propaganda and mass mobilization work in the province in the coming time.
