At the conference, the representative of the THADS Management Department (Ministry of Justice) announced the decision to establish the THADS Department of Quang Tri province on the basis of merging the THADS Department of Quang Binh and Quang Tri (old) provinces. At the same time, the decision to appoint comrade Nguyen Van Tuan to the position of Head of THADS Department of Quang Tri province; appoint 4 officials to the position of Deputy Head of THADS Department of Quang Tri province and appoint the Heads and Deputy Heads of THADS Department of the region and specialized departments of THADS Department of Quang Tri province was announced.

Also at the ceremony, the THADS Department of Quang Tri province announced the decisions on retirement and early retirement according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP of the Government from July 1, 2025 for civil servants holding leadership positions of the THADS Department of Quang Tri and Quang Binh provinces (old).
